OLIVIA is dedicated to the real estate industry and to her many clients for over 28 years. Olivia's passionate commitment has earned her entry into the top 1% of all Sales Associates nationwide. She also served as Regional 25 (San Mateo County) Chair in California Association of REALTORS 2010 and served as President of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS (SAMCAR) 2009.
She is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), ePro, Certified New Homes Specialist, Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), NAR's GREEN Designation, and Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D™). Olivia welcomed an opportunity to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, after reaching Top Producer status at McGuire Real Estate, a local boutique company. She is a Feng Shui strategist who reads and writes Chinese, and has served as a guest lecturer at the College of San Mateo as well as Anthony Real Estate School. She is an independent John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. She and her husband Gary have three Corgis, named Emma, Sara and Tuffy. Olivia loves Calvin and Hobbes.
MARY was born in England, and earned a Teaching Degree from London University. After teaching for five years she came to the United States. Mary has worked in Real Estate for many of the top real estate companies, achieved entry into top 100 Re/Max Realtors in California. In 2005 she joined Keller Williams as Manager and built the office from 34 to 110 agents in a year.
Mary welcomed an opportunity to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, in Burlingame. Previously she was a Top Producer at McGuire Real Estate. With over 20 years in the real estate industry, she is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. She is passionate about marketing, and is committed to learning something new every day to help her clients. An avid reader, Mary also loves the Theatre, music, history, and the American Political Scene. She is a member of the Burlingame Rotary, and in 2010 co-chaired Burlingame Goes Hollywood, Burlingame Rotary's biggest fund raiser. Mary has lived in Hillsborough, San Mateo, San Carlos, and now resides in Burlingame. She enjoys traveling to London to visit family and friends.
