YOUR CONNECTION WITH THE PACIFIC GROVE COMMUNITY AND YOUR SAVVY AND SENSE OF STYLES, AND YOUR STRAIGHTFORWARD ETHICS MADE MY INVOLVEMENT NOT ONLY MINIMAL BUT GAVE ME SUCH A SENSE OF EMPOWERMENT
Many warm greetings to you! This is a letter I feel is long overdue in expressing real gratitude to you for the way you handled the sale of my parents’ home. I hope it will suffice to say these past 5 months have been remarkably busy with a number of truly large family and personal experiences and I really only now feel as if my feet have firmly landed again and feel the cobwebs dispersing enough for me to see to some of the finer details of life, and you are nestled into that category for me. I’m also hoping you will keep this letter to use however it may be of benefit to you. Take this as an unrequested letter of recommendation, if you will. Selling our parents’ home, as part of a family trust after our parents’ deaths, was an emotionally ridden and huge event for us; for my brother, for me, for his son and my three. It was not a sale which we either looked forward to or felt clearly competent in handling, despite both my brother’s and my own history with such in our own lives. We interviewed, as you may recall, 3 equally esteemed agents from 3 companies in order to ‘find the right match’ for us and our needs. You were so comfortably “The Right Pick”. At all points of seller involvement, you made choices easy. Your connection with the Pacific Grove community and your savvy and sense of styles, and your straightforward ethics made my involvement not only minimal but gave me such a sense of empowerment I wouldn’t have known to even hope for. You gave such grounded good advice both when asked for AND when not. I appreciate this profoundly. You made it abundantly clear you were representing us and would be our greatest advocate in the smooth sailing in this experience. Your resources in the community, whether regarding people to choose from to be hired to perform needed improvements or the way the house was presented and advertised (actually both locally and worldwide) was outstanding. Our parents’ home was empty of any belongings and I have commented to so many (and will do so in the future) about your having filled it with warmth and wonder as part of your staging of it. Your choices in furnishings (touchingly and uncannily so like the furnishing our own parents chose) and the multitude of warm touches to truly show that house as the wonderful home it always was and could be again were unbelievable at first glance and so reflect your taking your work to that step which shows you as an artist in your profession. The fact that the seemingly perfect family chose this house to carry on the happiness there that we enjoyed there from our own youths onward may not be simply a stroke of good fortune, but may very well be due to the way you presented this house. So where in there do gratitudes come to an end? I do not know whether our paths will cross again. It would be a joy for me to think that might happen, even if only in guiding friends to you for yours and their own benefits. Whether or not we meet, please accept my parents’ family’s gratitude for your know how and skill in the handling of our tenderly loved property. Most Sincerely,
I felt like we could really trust her, and we learned a lot from working with her.
As first time home buyers, I am glad we ended up working with Nicollette. Her calm, grounded energy, along her willingness to answer any question made the process of buying a house feel much less stressful than it could have. She was wonderful about constantly keeping us updated on where we were at in the...
Her expertise removed any stress we would have had otherwise during the escrow process.
Nicollette made the buying process wonderful for us. From the start, she listened to what we wanted and made us feel heard. She went out of her way to answer our questions. Her expertise removed any stress we would have had otherwise during the escrow process. We couldn’t be happier with the new house she...
